What is The Psych Depot

Good psychology resources should be affordable.

The Psych Depot is a small library of clinician-designed workbooks for people doing real psychological work. Clients, clinicians, students, and anyone who wants to understand themselves better.

Every product is grounded in an established therapeutic framework. These are not motivational posters or vague reflection prompts. They are structured tools built the way a skilled therapist would build them, and they will ask something of you.

About the author

Mike McInerney, LPC, NCC
Licensed Professional Counselor

Mike McInerney is a Licensed Professional Counselor and school counselor in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, with more than 25 years of clinical and educational experience across private practice, school counseling and group work. His clients have worked through anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, and the quiet but serious difficulty of figuring out who they are.

The Psych Depot started from a simple observation. The resources people actually need are usually too expensive, too academic, or too hard to find. Every workbook here is practical, honest, and priced so that cost is never the reason someone goes without.

These workbooks are designed as self-guided companions. They are not a substitute for working with a licensed therapist, and they are not a crisis resource. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
